What you are buying

A digital report (PDF, HTML and CSV) derived from public SBA loan records, delivered by download immediately after payment. The report is licensed to the purchaser for internal use; it may be shared with your lender, attorney or advisers in connection with your own decision, and may not be resold or republished.

Refunds

If the delivered report is defective, cannot be opened, or materially differs from the product description on the brand page, email support@techstackconsulting.io within 7 days of purchase with your order reference for a full refund. Duplicate charges are refunded in full. Because the product is delivered instantly, other refunds are at our discretion.

No advice, no affiliation

Reports and pages describe loan outcomes recorded by the U.S. Small Business Administration. They are not legal, financial or investment advice, and they are not a recommendation for or against any franchise. Franchise Risk Ledger is operated by TechStack Consulting LLC and is not affiliated with any franchisor named on this site.

Accuracy

Figures are computed from the SBA files exactly as published and are reproducible from the sources listed on the methodology page. Where a value is missing in the source it is shown as "Not available". Corrections are published with the date.
